FNP-C, Founder
Jordanna is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the field of nursing.
She is an aesthetic nurse practitioner known for helping patients find their fountain of youth through treatments at The Wellspring Medical Spa. She delivers care with skill, kindness, and professionalism, ensuring her patients are well-informed and comfortable with their plan of care.
Jordanna graduated with her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in 2009. She went on to receive her BSN Degree in 2011 from St. Anthony College of Nursing and then became an emergency nurse, where she developed her interest in bedside procedures. While there, she continued her education, earning her Master of Science in Nursing in 2016 from Olivet Nazarene University. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in an urgent care setting, where she gained an appreciation for wellness-based care. This led her to continue her training to become an aesthetic nurse practitioner.
Jordanna has a way of making it seem like patients are family, and she’s their aesthetic advocate, ensuring everyone receives the best possible care. From reviewing a patient’s medical history to planning their follow-up visit, Jordanna explains everything clearly and understandably and leads her team in addressing patient concerns with compassion.
Jordanna currently lives in Dixon, IL, with her daughters and their goldendoodle. She loves spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts while walking her dog, coaching youth sports, volunteering, and doing medical aesthetics. She is on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of those she meets, in the hopes that it creates a ripple effect throughout her community.
FNP-C, Nurse Injector
Desi is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 11 years of experience in the field of nursing.
She is a skilled injector, known for delivering restorative aesthetic results that enhance patients’ natural beauty and help renew their confidence.
Desi graduated from SVCC in 2014 with an ADN in nursing. After graduating, she worked as an Emergency nurse for 9 years while pursuing her Master’s degree in Nursing. In 2022, she became an FNP after graduating from Walden University in Minnesota. Since that time, she has worked in emergency medicine, urgent care, and aesthetics.
Desi has a way of making it known that every patient’s time and questions are valued, creating a true partnership between patient and provider to achieve natural, confidence-boosting results.
Desi explains everything in a clear, concise, and supportive manner. She always makes people feel like they are developing a partnership with her while acquiring the necessary knowledge of available services to achieve their health and aesthetic goals.
Desi currently lives in Dixon, IL, with her husband, three children, and Dawson, their dog. Desi enjoys being active through exercise and sports with her family. She also has personal interests in traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends..
LPN
Marci is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of experience in nursing.
She is our Wellness Nurse/Health Coach, known for understanding how physical, emotional, and aesthetic wellness intertwine.
Marci graduated from Sauk Valley Community College in 2012 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences. After graduating, she worked in the Pediatrics Department and then spent three years as a Workplace Wellness Nurse, working with area businesses and their employees. Marci most recently spent 9 years working as a School Nurse for Sterling Public Schools.
Marci has a way of creating a space where patients feel truly seen, heard, and supported throughout their wellness journey. She brings warmth and empathy into every interaction, so patients are assured that they’re in good hands from the moment they walk in.
Marci explains everything in a way that is informative and supportive, always helping people feel their best inside and out, and enabling them to gain the confidence to achieve their goals.
Marci currently lives in Sterling, IL. Outside of work, Marci cherishes time with her three children—two in college and one still at home . She enjoys attending sporting events, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling to explore new places. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a backyard cookout, Marci finds joy in creating lasting memories with family and friends.
MA, Patient Care Coordinator
Cheyenne is our patient care coordinator with 11 years of experience in healthcare and management.
You’ll find Cheyenne in many roles at The Wellspring. As our patient care coordinator, she keeps the office running seamlessly by overseeing patient flow, supporting the team, and ensuring every client has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
She is the lead BTL provider and laser technician, with extensive experience in energy-based devices. She specializes in delivering safe, effective treatments tailored to each patient’s needs. She has acquired advanced training in medical aesthetics at AES in Miami and with Dr. JD McCoy at his training center in Gilbert, AZ.
Cheyenne is known for her warm personality. Through consultations and commitment to patient care, she helps clients feel educated, comfortable, and empowered throughout their journey. She has a way of making it seem like luxury treatments should always feel comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free. Her philosophy: Self-care isn’t complicated; it’s simple, approachable, and meant for everyone.
Cheyenne loves spending time in the kitchen, cooking, and baking. She loves to be outside, snuggling with her fur baby, Magnolia Rae, and traveling to explore new places. Always full of energy and warmth, Cheyenne brings a personal touch to everything she does.
