What is Sculptra?

Sculptra is a collagen stimulator that gradually replaces the structural support lost to aging. Sculptra is made of a synthetic poly-L-lactic acid compound.

What can I expect for a treatment?

For most people, Sculptra is injected in a series of 3 treatments spaced 8 weeks apart.  You can expect to need one vial per decade for your initial series, and then 1 vial every two years for follow up.

What areas can I have treated?

Nasolabial folds, marionette lines, cheeks, jawline, and chin are common injection areas for Sculptra. Lips and under eye are not treatment options.

What happens after treatment?

After treatment, you will be instructed to massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days. You can ice the area and wear makeup after treatment. Results are gradual and will appear over weeks to months.
